Mark-It Recombinant Plus, mini pack

Our ready-to-use molecular weight markers for SDS PAGE. Contains a set of 8 recombinant proteins with defined sizes of 10, 20, 30, 40, 60, 80, 100 and 150 kDa providing clear sharp bands.
A prestained band of approx. 30 kDa is included for easy controlling gel run. The marker allows accurate size determination of unknown proteins and is adjusted to give equal band intensity with Coomassie blue staining.
For a standard mini-gel (approx. 10 x 10 cm) 5 µl are optimal suited. For silver staining procedures 1 µl of the product is sufficient and should be diluted with 1x Lämmli buffer to 5 µl.

Our recombinant marker protein runs exactly as the theorie predicts, whereas traditional marker protein often deviate from the linear relationship between Rf and log (mol. wt.). For more information see the product Mark-It West.
