Mark-It Standard, standard pack

Our traditional molecular weight marker for SDS PAGE designed from proteins of highest purity. It contains the following fully denatured, reduced and acylated standard proteins:
Aprotinin (bovine lung), lysozyme (hen egg), trypsin inhibitor (soy bean), carbonic anhydrase (bovine erythrocytes), ovalbumin (hen egg), serum albumin (bovine), beta galactosidase (recombinant from E.coli), myosin (bovine). The apparent molecular weight of the stained proteins ranges from 6.517 to 212 kDa.
The marker is recommended for the determination of molecular weight. For further comments see the product Mark-It West.
The protein concentration per single protein ranges between 0.1 to 0.2 mg/ml. The exact content is adjusted to produce evenly stained bands with Coomassie G250.
