The Gel-It syringe is the affordable solutions for all scientists who want to avoid the mess of mixing buffers and acrylamide. Ready made SDS-PAA-gels are expensive and have a short shelf life. For some you need special equipment. With our system you can use your existing electrophoresis apparatus
The Gel-It syringe is a single-use system of double chamber syringes and is available with running gel solutions of various acrylamide concentrations and a 4 % stacking gel solution. Each syringe contains 10 ml. Thus, the content of a running gel syringe allows for the preparation of two running gels and the stacking gel syringe allows for four stacking gels on a conventional mini-gel system.
For each running gel syringe two mixing heads and loading tips are provided. For each stacking gel syringe four mixing heads and tips are enclosed. The mini pack contains two running gel and one stacking gel syringe. The maxi pack comprises 6 running gel and 3 stacking gel syringes.
Package content: 20 ml + 10 ml (4 minigels), instruction leaflet
