MicroMol´s LMW Transfer Buffer is a buffer system especially designed for the fast and efficient transfer of low molecular weight and mid-sized proteins using wet blotting systems. Proteins up to a size of about 80 kDa will be homogeneously and nearly quantitative transferred within a 1 hour transfer period.
The buffer is available as a ready-to-use solution and as a 10 x concentrate to which water and methanol have to be added.
