Mark-It Glow Sheets, standard pack

Mark-It Glow Sheets is the latest development on the chemiluminescent Western Blot sector providing easy and reliable solutions.
The system comprises a stiff and transparent backing foil (148 x 210 mm) to which a 10 x 10 cm filter pad is attached and a more flexible transparent, cover foil. The cover foil sticks to the backing by an removable and repositionable adhesive tape. The filter pad contains immobilized dry HRP substrate.

After the final washing step you simply activate the filter pad by spraying the detection reagent on it and subsequently mount your Western Blot onto the pad. After tightly sealing the membrane with the enclosed cover sheet you can easily proceed with fluorography either using conventional film exposure or digital imaging. Besides the easy handling of the system one of the major advantages is the possibilty to file your blot with all the experimental hallmarks giving you the possibility to repeat and draw back onto important experiments using the same Western Blot.
