MicroMol´s HMW Transfer Buffer is a buffer system especially designed for the efficient transfer of high molecular weight proteins using wet blotting systems. Proteins up to a size of about 150 kDa will be transferred nearly quantitative during a 1 hour transfer period. During prolonged transfer settings of 2 – 4 hours it will be possible to transfer high molecular weight proteins and complexes up to 300 kDa.
