	The well known sample buffer for SDS-PAGE is supplied as 4x concentrate. It does not contain any reducing agents. We recommend the addition of 10 mM DTT or 5-50 mM TCEP (Cat. # 289). Contains 200 mM Tris/HCl (pH 6.8), 8 % SDS, 34.8 % Glycerol and 0.04 % bromophenolblue.
