Mark-It Standard


 Our traditional molecular weight marker for SDS-PAGE designed from proteins of highest purity. It contains a mixture of fully denatured, reduced and acylated standard proteins that resolves to 8 bands when electrophoresed and results in evenly stained bands with Coomassie blue staining.
The apparent molecular weight of the stained proteins ranges from 6.5 to 212 kDa.
The protein concentration per single protein ranges between 0.1 and 0.2 mg/ml.
