MicroMol's Mark-It Glow Calibrator is an especially designed system which enables the experimenter to directly compare different Western-Blot experiments according to their signal intensity.
The reactivity of the Mark-It Glow Calibrator is not based on the antibody reactivity and therefore only dependent on the horseradish peroxidase (HRP) substrate conversion by a light activating protein complex immobilized on the strip in five descending concentrations.
Just position it next to your Blot when incubating it with ECL substrate and compare signal intensities on the developed films! |
